A new role in
TSNZ
Education
Program Leader
A challenging new role has
been created in TSNZ. The new Education Programme Leader will be
a member of the shared leadership team.
The job requirements
include:
- Planning, development and delivery of appropriate
study/educational courses/programmes.
- Overseeing the organisation of national and international
speakers (touring programmes)
- Creation of a catalogue/database of theosophical resources
- Research on education programmes, resources and the
planning of further
innovative educational directions for the “promulgation” of the Wisdom
Teachings.
- Engaging in public relations and networking with other
organisations.
- Liaison with the National President, Vice President,
Branches, Study Groups and
Regions in promoting the aims and activities of the Society.
Can you meet the demanding
requirement of this pivotal new position?
Applicants should detail
in a written form such things as:
- relevant background and experience, particularly in
education related disciplines and in spiritual/philosophical teaching
and knowledge.
- realistic expectations for the new role
- the methodology the applicant would employ to meet
the demands of the role and meet their own expectations
- leadership experience
Applicants should be
prepared to make a brief
oral/audio/visual
presentation to the National Council of the Society. The successful
applicant will be chosen by the Council.
