Any member can submit articles for publication and can send letters to
the editor. Submission of an article implies acceptance by the
author, or person submitting the material, of the terms and
conditions on which articles are submitted. These terms and
conditions follow:
Accuracy and Obligations
The contributor must make every effort to ensure that the information
provided is accurate.
The contributor should not include anything that may be regarded as
defamatory.
The contributor agrees TheoSophia retains
editorial control, both to accept articles for publication and to
amend details where it is deemed necessary.
If submitted material is demonstrably inaccurate, defamatory or
likely to cause offence, the contributor will be notified and the
material will not be used.
If any legal action arises as a result of content supplied by a
contributor, the contributor remains responsible for the content,
and cannot transfer legal responsibility to The Theosophical
Society in New Zealand Inc.
Copyright and Reuse of Content
The contributor agrees to share copyright of articles submitted
for publication and published, with TheoSophia
and The Theosophical Society in New Zealand Inc. This agreement
allows the contributor to continue to use the material elsewhere
as he or she wishes. However, The Theosophical Society in New
Zealand Inc. may also use the material published in TheoSophia in other ways, for example in related publications or merchandise.
The contributor may not supply content which is the copyright of
others. Quotations from other sources should be credited
accordingly.
The logo of TheoSophia, or of the Theosophical Society in New
Zealand Inc., may not be reproduced elsewhere without our
agreement; however, we will normally permit its use by members
where it is in keeping with the objectives of the society.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and
changes will published on the website of the Theosophical Society
in New Zealand Inc. It is the responsibility of members to check
for any changes.
