There are 13 Branches (or Lodges) and 5 Study Groups throughout New Zealand. The branches together form the New Zealand Section of the international Theosophical Society. Study groups are administered by a Convenor who is a member of the society. A group may grow if it wishes into a Branch by forming a Committee, and applying for a Charter to our international President through the NZ Headquarters. The Constitution requires a minimum of 7 members in a group before it can become a branch. Branches are normally closed during the holiday period (mid-December to mid-February).Click on the location or in the side panel for details of any particular Branch/Lodge or Centre.
