Events and Facilities offered by the Theosophical Society in NZ

The National Speakers Programme - Each year the National Section organises a programme of speakers to visit the Branches and Study Groups around New Zealand.

School of Theosophy - An annual, week long programme for members wishing to do some deeper study into aspects of Theosophy.

Annual Convention - The AGM of the New Zealand Section, combined with an attractive Convention program of several days' duration.

National Council Meetings - These are 2-day meetings, held two to three times a year, where the Presidents (or delegated committee members) of each Branch come together with the Section Officers to look at policy, discuss issues within the Section or branches, and work together on the current and future direction of the Theosophical Society in New Zealand.

Libraries - Most of our Branches have a Library of books related to Theosophy. In addition, a central Postal Library makes Books, Audio Tapes, Video Tapes and CDs available for loan and / or purchase by members. The Audio Tapes are in the process of being transferred to CD and improved in quality at the same time. Ultimately most, if not all, of the Audio Library will be available on CD. DVDs of the best Videos will be added as time permits.

Pamphlets - are available on a range of Theosophical topics and are currently undergoing revision.
